Last year we put together our first performance fuel injection kit together, this has been a real break through for the tuning word for these horizontal engines.

Now with all aspects of the engine characteristics can be brought out but the wide range of adjustments see below list.

We are still in early testing stages but are not far off making in to a full custom kit; just have to get our 3 phase generator working before we can sell the kits as the normal output 50 watt gens will only run for 30 minuets before it flattens the battery.

• Throttle body (w/idle speed valve);
• Throttle Position Sensor TPS;
• Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor (MAP);
• Injector(s);
• Heated exhaust gas oxygen sensor (HEGO);
• Air temperature sensor (ATEMP);
• Engine temperature sensor (ETEMP);
• Purge canister, and/or Purge control valve;

• Fuel Pump;

3 phase 12 coil 530 gram gen kit

Have been working hard on a new 3 phase 100W gen hope to have then finished in the next 8 weeks. We will be making it as a universal kit or a direct plug in for the Madaas 50 or 125 bikes.

Well we have had some major set backs with this idea, our first attempt with the highest grade magnets in the flywheel work too well produced 300W for around 5 minuets before burning out! We now are re making them with a different arrangement and lower power magnets so fingers crossed we will be on the 100 watts output!

The time taken each time to get the proto type flywheel made is 3 months hence the delays, plus we will be doing one months work of testing on our fuel injected bike to see how it performs with lights, fuel pump and ECU.
