All kinds of alloy heads. We also offer grinding for cast iron heads. For mail order service we try to have the heads returned to you within 48 hours.

Silicon steel rings in standard or oversizes, from stock. One off custom made designs to order from superior metals. If you want to do your own conversion, we can supply the leadfree seat and insert.

Re bores

We can bore single cylinder to 16 cylinder! Maximum size 116mm.

 

 

Valve seat refacing

Your existing seats cut using our Serdi 100 and Serdi 5 to 3 or 5 angles for proven performance, longevity and efficiency.

 

 

Gas flowing

Full cylinder head gas flowing service for 4 stroke engines including some 2 stroke work.

Sorry no cast iron heads!

Welding/Fabrication

From tig/mig/gas welding to plasma cutting and profiling. Cracks repaired successfully, bombed out combustion chambers repaired. In some cases this will require seats to be replaced

 

Ultra sonic carburettor cleaner

Specialist cleaner for injectors and carburettors.
