Delivery

UPS has a UK delivery surcharge of £36 to Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and some other post codes, see below:

We ship Monday to midday Thursday each week. Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday onwards will be dispatched on the following Monday. Bespoke items such as gas flowed manifolds, engines and build your own looms and cables will need extra time before they are dispatched!

Occasionally the cart will calculate the shipping incorrectly. In these rare instances we will contact you.

 

United Kingdom

We dispatch orders Monday to midday Thursday each week. We use Royal Mail or UPS for our deliveries. Shipping cost is calculated automatically from the weight of your order and start from £3.50. Upon checkout the cart will offer the different shipping options available for your order, and for smaller orders you can select if you would like your parcel to go first or second class post or even courier to speed things up. However we never guarantee next day delivery as anything can happen along the way. Bespoke items like gas flowed manifolds, engines and build your own looms and cables will need extra time before they are dispatched!

Small and lightweight orders within the UK are sent Royal Mail Signed For and requires a signature upon delivery. If nobody's home to sign for the parcel it will be stored at your local post office or sorting office and eventually returned to us if not called for, so please make sure you arrange for redelivery alternatively collect your parcel. Heavy and bulky orders are dispatched via UPS and you will receive a separate email directly from UPS with tracking information so make sure you use a valid email address when you place the order.

Some of our products may need a few days preparation, so don't expect next day dispatch. We are also in the hands of courier and postal service for delivery so anything can happen along the way to cause delays. It's also important that you provide as much delivery address information as you can when placing the order (company name, house number, full post code etc) to avoid delays!

There are delivery surcharges for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Man. Since these areas are still a part of the UK the cart sometimes generates the incorrect shipping cost but in these cases we will contact you and work out a solution.

Shipping cost and sales tax (VAT) are calculated automatically from weight and delivery address (country). All shipping address fields must be completed before going through checkout. For Channel Islands please select Channel Islands, Jersey or Guernsey as your country to deduct the VAT automatically and calculate correct shipping cost. Same goes for Canary Islands so please select Canary Islands as your country!

Sometimes the shipping cost is not calculated correctly; for example if you haven't registered prior to placing the order or there might be a remote area delivery surcharge from the courier. In these rare cases we will contact you via email or phone. Please add a contact telephone number and always use a valid email address so we can get in touch and avoid delays!

 

Europe (Brexit)

For European deliveries we use Royal Mail for lighter parcels so will be delivered via your country's postal service or courier. Prices start from £15. Heavier parcels will be sent UPS with full tracking information. Please note that UK is sadly no longer in the EU so you are not paying UK VAT (sales tax) on your purchase but you will have to pay tax and duty when you import the goods into your country. We are not in control of these charges and we can not tell you how much they will be as they differ from country to country. If you are not prepared to pay the tax and duty please do not order. We are no longer shipping to Greece due to continuous problems with customs.
 

International

For international deliveries we only use UPS. Sometimes there is a delivery surcharge for remote areas. We always try our best to subsidise the surcharge, but for low value orders we simply can't so we will contact you and work out a solution. Please note when ordering goods to be delivered overseas you might be subject to import duties and taxes once the parcel reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you, we have no control over these charges. We can't ship to the United States and Canada due to insurance reasons.

 

If your goods are visibly damaged upon delivery please inform the courier/postman immediately. Any damaged goods must be reported to us within 24 hours. For non receipt of your parcel via courier we need to be notified within 72 hours from when it was delivered (according to online tracking) so please make sure you have got the tracking number at hand.

 

Returns

Please make sure you order the correct part for your bike. You can always phone or email us if you need technical advice!
We offer a 28 day returns policy where you can return the goods it to us in original condition and packaging within 28 days of the invoice/packing list date. All returns have to be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice/packing list.
 
Return costs are non refundable for a returned item.
