Super spin 530G ignition and charging system for YX, Zongshen, Lifan, Jailing, 70/90/110/120/125/140/150/160/170/176/200& 4V motors NON ELECTRIC START

This is our full charging system with  45W out put coils and single phase reg/rec.

What is this kit for? If you want the same sort of throttle response as a race motor “running an inner rotor” but want to run lights and charge your battery this is the kit for you.

It’s a simple fit. 3 ignition wires connect to your original loom for the spark.

2 yellow wires from stator fit directly to the new Type RR reg/reg.

The + & - from reg/rec go to the battery directly and that’s your battery being charged.

• Super spin stator 4 lighting coils for 4 or 5 pin CDI ignition
• 530 gram flywheel 4 G magnets
• Type RR regrec

This super spin kit eliminates all the usual problems with starting, Kick backs, broken crank cases, and crank snapping.

In most cases when changing from the large 1 kilo flywheel you will gain a massive increase in throttle response.

Some mod’s will have to be made to convert you bike from split light circuits the we can tell you how to do if you just drop us a line or mail to run through the exact procedure on your machine.

Please note this system needs to run a 12V good condition battery.
