Chain splitting tool

If your not sure on your chain pitch measure the width of the sprocket 6mm = 420 pitch and 7.3mm = 428 pitch

Why has my chain now got tight spots?

Most common issue is the chain has been run tight “over adjusted” and it’s pull bent the pins out of shape making the side plates tight.
