Skyteam 125 ACE stage 1 tune up kit

We made this kit due to the amount of enquires on poor running, when we tested a stock 125 bike the main problems when trying to warm up the bike took a long time due to running weak, also the stock BHP came in at 4.8 bhp and after the tune up kit came in at 8 bhp At the rear wheel, due to the extra power we were able to gear up the bike so it will cruIse with a lower RPM.

The kit consists of the below and take around 1 hr to fit

 

We make a battery box conversion kit that is useful in this application if you prefer not to make your own.

PLEASE NOTE:

The down side to fitting the kit is that you have to loose the air box this is a part of the battery carrier so you will need to make some sort of mounting brackets for it.

We also found opening up the silencer helps.

This kit makes a massive difference to the bike

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO MODIFY YOUR FRAME TO FIT THE BATTERY BOX. (Drilling a hole near original fixing hole)
