Complete kit to bore up the standard 12V 49cc engine to 72cc.

Included in the kit:

  • A big valve head
  • 23mm Inlet valve
  • 21mm Exhaust valve
  • A 47mm piston
  • A 47mm cylinder. Cast iron or now alloy cylinder option
  • A 22mm YSN carb kit
  • A manifold
  • A Force 35mm air filter
  • Gaskets to fit kit to bike

 

The kit will take the about 1.5 hrs to fit and will pull around 50mph depending on your weight!!

Do not use standard 50cc gearing, will end up bending valves.

  • 47mm barrel
  • 62.6mm height. Base face to head face
  • 88.7mm height. Overall
  • 1655grams
  • 52.3mm Diameter. Skirt. Outside.

Due to the number of different applications this kit fits some will require the fins under the carb to be ground down to clear base of the carb..
