You will need to use an EGR Blanking plate with this head. We offer the option to purchase one here as many already have them.

How do you know if you have the Late or Early version bike? 108mm hole centre early & 93mm for the late

The kit consists of:

• Large valve cylinder head 24/20 complete with cam and rockers
• Cylinder 72cc and piston kit with pin and rings
• Carb kit with performance filter
• Manifold kit 22mm
• Full top end gasket set
• Rear sprocket and front sprocket up grade kit 43T rear 420 and 15T front for early version & 39T Rear 428 And 14T front Late version

Sprocket option:

• Early bikes use 43T 108mm 428 rear sprocket Gold Rear sprocket. 15T 420 Pitch Front Sprocket
• Later bikes use 39T 93mm 428 rear sprocket Gold Rearsprocket. 14T 428 Pitch Front Sprocket

Due to the number of different applications this kit fits some will require the fins under the carb to be ground down to clear base of the carb..

We recommend you have a professional fit his kit, However you can use the C50/90 manuals for fitting it yourself.

Changing the standard exhaust is very important as they are very restricted see our exhaust section for more info.

This is a great kit and transforms the lazy 3.4 BHP engine up to 6.5 BHP making the bikes usable for every day use plus you will no longer be a member of the Gutter club!
