Clutch cover socket/cap head bolt kit

YX125/YX140 option consists of:

  • 5 of 40mm bolts
  • 1 of 50mm bolt
  • 1 of 80mm bolt
  • 1 of 85mm bolt (90 at present until we can source 85s)

 

YX160 Oil filter type option consists of:

  • 4 of 40mm bolts
  • 1 of 50mm bolt
  • 1 of 65mm bolt
  • 1 of 90mm bolt
  • 1 of 130mm bolt

 

YX160 Non oil filter type option consists of:

  • 5 of 40mm bolts
  • 1 of 70mm bolt
  • 1 of 80mm bolt
  • 1 of 90mm bolt

 

This kit is guaranteed to work with THIS GEN COVER BOLT KIT

 

PLEASE NOTE:

The bolt holding the 2 crank case halves behind the engine breather vent will need to be 50mm long (Standard length). Any longer and it may interfere with the clutch cover bolt  coming through from the other side.
