We also do a complete kit with engine, adaptors air box conversion exhaust, CDI and rear sprocket available at a saving to the customer over buying the individual parts.

Whats included:

• Engine pre checked and PDI ready for use.
• 30mm carb has been pre jetted to work with a free flowing exhaust “we don’t recommend you use the 125 Exhaust as it will over heat due to the amount of restrictions. See our D CAT front pipe this works well.
• Exhaust gasket
• NGK spark plug
• 15T front sprocket 15T “We recommend a 34T rear sprocket, not included"
• RAM AIR Sock air filter

The engine is a straight fit into the frame, front engine bracket need spacing out inside on some bikes, wiring plugs do vary.

Top engine mount we are not using as the seem to not need it but you can re drill your old ones if you wat the extra brace.

Please note:

You need to remove the air box, so you will need a battery box conversion

The manifold supplied with the engine dose not allow enough room to get a normal pod filter so we have supplied a RAM AIR sock filter that cable ties on.
