This is the second production race straight through 26mm bore system, runs nice and close to the bike.

We made it with an expander on the end for a 45mm slip on silencer or you can cut the end off to use with a 28mm slip on silencer.

This is the prototype version so you can see the welds.

Perfect for use with stock 50 or the 72cc conversion.

Some cylinder heads have a deeper recess so we supply longer bolts if your studs dont reach.

Fits only the bikes with straight type brake rod not linkage type.

Take note of the photo of the brake pedal type, will not fit the type with 2 linkage.

Construction

Due to the very tight short turns there are slight flats in the pipe around the 2 tight bends and a welded ring after the first bend.

The above is due to this system will be a low demand item and to set up for mandrel bending would push the price to high on low production.

It’s a great system and allows you to use more of the common types of silences on the market with 45mm slip on fits.
