Fork kit. Up grade to disc brake. Hydrolic 31mm forks. Suitable for use with DAX or CHALY

Sadly the forks were very badly packed from the factory so there are imperfections in the finish (scratches, marks etc) but doesn't affect performance

This front end kit will enable you to convert your DAX or Chaly to use a disc brake system. This offers enhanced braking over the standard drum brakes. The forks a are uprated from the standard forks to remove the 'slack' feeling.

The kit has everything you need to convert it from drum to disc


The kit includes:

  • 1 x Front hub
  • 1 x Disc 155mm
  • 1 x Speedo drive and cable
  • 1 x Rubber brake hose
  • 1 x Brake kit. Caliper and master cylinder pre bled
  • 1 x Head stock bearing kit
  • 1 x Top and bottom yoke top yoke will take single bolt risers or standard folding bars (not on 26mm option)
  • 2 x Fork legs 31mm Axle to top 605mm

NOTE:
We recommend bleeding the brake system before first use to ensure your safety even though they are prebled.
