Fuel pump vacuum kit for DAX ST or Chaly

Are you fed up with your bike cuting out and you can still see half a tank of fuel!
Here we have a kit to lift the fuel from the low part of the tank when you have fitted a bigger engine and the carb is now much higher than the bottom of the tank

Chaly kit option:

The Chaly version manifold  does require a apart of the frame cutting back to clear manifold.

  • Tall manifold 26mm 108mm high, with vacuum take off.
  • Hose kit fuel and vacuum
  • Small compact vacuum pump

Dax kit option:

  • Tall manifold 26mm Off set to left facing back, with vacuum take off.
  • Hose kit fuel and vacuum
  • Small compact vacuum pump
  • 2 way fuel tap On/Off/Res

 

There is an option for inline fuel tap if you are running the extra side mounted fuel tank.

 

Some small issues you may encounter, carb may show signs of sweating fuel or it Boggs down after long durations of over run, you just need to lower the float height 1mm to 2mm.
