This is higher output gen, designed to run a constant load I.E a lot of bike now have AHO “Automatic headlight on” so this system runs a higher output than the normal 14.6V its runs around 14.8 to 15V so we recommend you have at least a 30W or over load on all the time I.E head light.
Some CDI’s can be effected by higher than 14.6V

Transforms the performance of the engine..
We have made these due to the ignition issue found on the Z190 engines. Lack of advance, running far too retarded at higher RPM’S causing excess heat and a very flat overall performance
When installing the stator core be sure that the 2 fixing bolts are clear of the windings as they run very close. Grind off the flange of the bolt if it making contact, do not bend the winding wire to clear. Also make sure the starter drive free wheels in one direction
Please note you need to convert over to a 4 pin CDI D/C

Blue/white = Trigger to CDI
