We have tested many air horns on the market over the years as you really need to be heard on the road. Most just don’t work fast enough using the small 2 or 4Ah power batteries, however this little one really packs the punch needed.

It’s the most compact unit we have found in an air horn, Height 110mm width 119mm depth 74mm. single bolt fixing.

Weight 621 grams

The dual air outlet needs to face down and have no obstruction or it will reduce the volume.  

Ok there are a number of these on the market but this one has a great quality motor and diaphragm compressor so there is no delay on start up.

12V D/C due to the load comes with 4 pin relay 40A to save your switch from burning out!

We pre wire a small harness so you can connect a feed from your horn switch to the switch side of relay negative, and the a separate + & - heavy side to battery or switch feed, must be fused so connect to switch side feed of your loom..

Here are a couple of options for wiring in.

Negative switched horn

Black to + on loom

Yellow to + on air horn

Red to Neg – switch on loom

Red to Neg – on Air horn

However it’s better to cut the red 6mm spade wire off and run a separate neg – from the frame or from loom to the neg – of air horn.
