Electrics kit to put your bike on the road Basic kit A/C Head light

We have had a number of calls asking how you can get your bike on the road.

Here we have made a full electrics kit so all you need is a bike and lights.

The kit is made to the common pit bike length but will fit others.

Functions in the loom

• Horn
• Head light High & Low beam
• Pilot light
• Tail light
• Flashers
• Speedo back light feed
• Ignition system 5 pin with key switch
• Charging battery circuit
• Side stand kill switch “optional”
• Brake light switch front and rear

Full spec:

• Hand made loom
• Split phase A/C lights D7C Charging Gen 890 gram flywheel
• Reg/rec
• R11 5 Pin CDI
• Bracket bolt on coil
• Multi function switch gear Lights, Horn, Turn, High/Low beam
• Horn DB
• 2 way ignition switch with 2 keys

The kit is made so all you have to do is fit the stator to the engine and fit the components.

Every thing that will come in the box will already be plugged in and working.

All you need to complete, all connection labelled for you.

• Flasher unit
• 4 x Flasher
• Rear light
• Battery 12V

We don’t advise you run LED lights as they don’t last with A/C power.

PLEASE NOTE

THE CDI REQUIRES RUBBER MOUNTING TO ENSURE LONGEVITY. THESE RUBBER STRIPS ARE IDEAL. ALTERNATIVELY WE HAVE HIGH DENSITY FOAM PADS THAT MAY SUIT YOUR NEEDS.
