1 = Euro 4 or 5 check your flywheel, 1 trigger on flywheel euro 4 multiple triggers euro 5

2 = Air filter colour

3 = Coil colour

4 = Fuel tap type or no fuel tap required See images for converting Monkey/Gorilla euro 5 pump to tap

5 = Silicon cover to protect the CDI

6 = Switch if you need to restrict the speed you can switch between full power or pre set rev limiter.

A lot of you want to tune your new fuel injected monkey but the limitations of the EFI prevent this. So we have made this kit that will plug and play into the original wiring loom.

Please check that wires in the plugs line up with the correct wires on bike loom

2 parts to the kit

Ignition NO LONGER WITH SPARK PLUG

1 x 4 pin D/C CDI (choice of silicone cover and switch)

1 x Micro wiring loom

1 x Performance coil 12V (choice of colour)

All pre wired with matching plugs to suit the Rojo EFI Skyteam Monkeys

Fueling

1 x 16mm oval bore pre jetted

1 x 16mm Manifold

1 x Force air filter choice of colours in the drop down.

1 x Throttle cable

1 x Flywheel "EURO 5 ONLY"

For sprocket use 1 tooth bigger 14T 420 product code 0965

Please note the rojo 5 kits on the monkeys has a built in fuel pump. You have 2 choices to gain a fuel tap.

1 Change the tank for the conventional tank with tap.

2 Remove the pump from the plastic base and use an inline fuel tap and filter, drop down menu for the tap kit.

Why have we made the kit.

Well if you’re happy with the stock bike with EFI that’s fine, but when you want to run a free flowing exhaust and gain more mid to top end power with the option of using taller gearing then you will need this kit.

Stock set up EFI

Speed max 28 mph

Bhp 1.6 average

Rev limiter kicks in at a fixed 7900 RPM

Lazy response

With conversion kit to carb:

Speed max 40 mph

Bhp 3.8 bhp  average

Rev limiter kick in around 11,500

You need to blank off the return feed on the petrol tank

For the DAX we do a fuel tap kit see part number: 3185

This kit is for use with a free flowing exhaust.

You can also add one more tooth to the front sprocket, its can now pull it..

Before plugging in check the wire colours alight with the loom.

6 pin plug with 1 Black/red wire should align with black on the loom plug.
