Steering rack kit  go kart quad or project

Ideal for building most 4 wheeled projects

Ratio lock to lock 1 turn

Kit consists of the below

1 X Steering wheel 300mm O/D

1 X steering wheel mount 20mm boss to take standard 3 bolt go cart steering wheel 42mm approx pcd, with spline to match steering column shaft, 14mm spline.

1 X Steering column shaft with 2 U jays needle roller type, 14mm splines each end with pinch bolt type location

1 X Rack with rubber Gators, 44mm overall width M10 x 1.25 threaded ends both ball loined ends, plastic gear box housing.

Steel tube 25mm, can be U bolted to chassis.

2 X track rod ends 225mm centre of ball joint to end of rod, track rod has L/H & R/H threads for ease of adjustment of tracking.

Ball joints have M10 x 1.25 castellated locking not taper.
