ACE 125 909 Tuning kit package 10+ bhp

Now available with Force filter option. You have the option to loose the standard air filter and use a pod filter in its place. YOU MUST find a home for your battery. This option includes a battery box (you will need to fit) a battery and air filter.

We put this kit together to work with the stock air box on the 125 ACE, its transforms the power of the bike mainly the mid to top end and give the engine a much wider torque curve.

Around 90% of our new digital CDI's work with the Stators. Some stators are wound differently and will not work. In this case we are happy for you to return the CDI for a refund

Kit includes:

• Re jet kit for stock carb and air box.
• EGR blanking plate
• Performance CDI Easy start with a much more responsive advance curve. NO switch.
• Rear sprocket 34T as the new power will allow you to run higher gearing
• Big bore stainless steel front pipe NON CAT far better flow rate.
• Commando Silencer. Free flowing. Great sound. Black or Chrome
• Silencer Reducer
• Exhaust gasket

These kits are a great upgrade. It transforms the bike from a scooter to a motorcycle feel.

PLEASE NOTE

THE CDI REQUIRES RUBBER MOUNTING TO ENSURE LONGEVITY. THESE RUBBER STRIPS ARE IDEAL. ALTERNATIVELY WE HAVE HIGH DENSITY FOAM PADS THAT MAY SUIT YOUR NEEDS.

THE KIT DOES NOT COME WITH THE SWITCH IN THE CDI PHOTO

BY AGREEING TO THE T&C's YOU UNDERSTAND THAT IF CHOOSING THE FILTER OPTION; YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO MODIFY YOUR FRAME TO FIT THE BATTERY BOX.

FRAMES FROM SEPTEMBER 2014 ONWARDS HAVE BEEN ALTERED ON ACE BIKES. THE EXHAUST WILL TOUCH THE FRAME AT THE FRONT. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO INCREASE THE SIZE OF THE REAR CREASE IN THIS CASE. FRAMES MANUFACTURED BEFORE SEPTEMBER 2014 ARE NOT AFFECTED

EXHAUST BRACKET IS UNIVERSAL. CHECK TO SEE IF YOU REQUIRE A LONGER BRACKET BEFORE CUTTING DOWN THE FRONT PIPE TO AVOID INTERFERENCE WITH THE BRAKE PEDAL
