Head has a steel cast re enforcement cast in to it.

Here is our kit suitable for the ACE 125 with counter weight balance shaft engines. also will fit the Honda CG 125 6V older style engines

The kit is to improve the low to mid range torque that the stock engine is lacking, it also improves the top end BHP by 30%.

The cylinder is an alloy casting with steel liner 62mm 5.5mm bigger than the stock engine. bore 68mm O/D skirt

The cylinder head has 1mm over size valves 30mm inlet valve and 25mm exhaust, to cope with the larger CC.

What is in the kit

1 x Cylinder head complete with valve ready to bolt on

1 x Cylinder 62mm bore, skirt 68mm

1 x Piston kit matched to the cylinder “Rings, Circlips, Pin 15mm”

1 x Head gasket 62mm

1 x Base gasket

The stock carb is fine to use with our jetting kit see tuning section, you will need to change the stock exhaust or de restrict the old one.

Cylinder and head is in light silver so will look different to the original engine.

25cc doesn’t sound like much of an increase but it’s a real gain in performance

There are 2 options we are offering Standard tune or Gas flowed head, the gas flowed version has silightly more top end and cooler running
