The cylinder is an alloy casting with steel liner 62mm 5.5mm bigger than the stock engine. bore 68mm O/D skirt

Can be used with stock cylinder head

What is in the kit

1 x Cylinder 62mm bore, skirt 68mm

1 x Piston kit matched to the cylinder “Rings, Circlips, Pin 15mm”

1 x Head gasket 62mm

1 x Base gasket

The stock 26mm carb is fine to use with our jetting kit see tuning section, you will need to change the stock exhaust or de restrict the old one.

 

Cylinder and head is in light silver so will look different to the original engine.

25cc doesn’t sound like much of an increase but it’s a real gain in performance
