We have put together a full conversion kit for the ACE 125 to make it OHC engine. 

 

We have added a battery box conversion as you will need to remove the standard air box which the original battery box is a part of. Fitting the new battery box is as simple as drilling a hole close to the original fixing point then bolting the new box into place.

The engine is a straight fit into the frame, front engine bracket need spacing out inside on some bikes.

Top engine mount we are not using as they seem to not need it but you can re drill your old ones if you want the extra brace.

 Uses the below standard parts from the bike:

  • Clutch cable
  • Reg/Rec
  • Ignition coil
  • Stock 125 inlet manifold "not supplied"
