Finally here our Stainless steel under seat performance exhaust for the 125cc chassis bikes

It’s a 28mm internal bore with much the same bends as the stock pipe.

The silencer is all alloy with a removable baffle for noise

The fixing of the silencer use your original bracket and rubber.

The silencer also has another strap bracket to hold on the lighting bracket this is adjustable so you can move it forwards and back for the best position.

On the stock 125cc engine we gained 2.5 bhp by fitting this system and its good all the way up to 180cc

Fitting tips..

Fit the front pipe to the engine.

Offer up the silencer and slip on around 6mm pitch the silencer so it aligns centre to the sub frame,  “the silencer only sits on the first 6mm of the front pipe.”

Fit rear mounting bracket and then springs.
