141cc stage I tuning kit suitable for all the madass 125 bikes produced with cylinder heads with 27mm inlet and 23mm exhaust valve.

This is our stage I engine and gearing kit to transform you sluggish 124 motor, check out below the kit we have put together

 

1 x Piston and rings kit high comp 57mm

1 x Top set of gaskets

1 x Ceramic 57mm cylinder

1 x 26mm carb kit with manifold and R11 filter all jetted to suite

1 x Sprocket 39T 428 rear talon (now silver)

1 x C7HSA NGK plug

We ran the stock 124cc motor first at 9 bhp then after the conversion we went up to 15bhp but with a 30% stronger torque curve and that’s the best part!

I strongly recommend you run a straight through exhaust of some sort and that your clutch is adjusted correctly to give 3 gear a chance.

P.s we saw 80 mph on the dyno but no wind resistance..
