These are new old stock 2nd generation of the high grade loom “we found a box of them”

This is our newly made loom to overcome all the normal problems with new builds or poor quality wire internals.

The looms are totally universal and has load of functions not found in any looms on the market.

• 4 Pin or 5 Pin option just by swapping one wire
•  PLEASE NOTE THE CHARGING CIRCUTE IS EXTERNAL TO THE LOOM SO YOUR 2  OR 3 YELLOWS GO DIRECT FROM STATOR TO REG/REC THEN YOU CONNECT YOUR FEEDS FROM REG/REC INTO THE 3 PIN REG/REC PLUG ON LOOM. WILL NOT WORK WITH BLOCK 4 PIN REG/REC’S
• Reg/rec plug on diagram shown red battery + green battery – and black switched feed + “not always used”, the 4 wire only demonstrates the feed from stator this can be 2 yellow or 3 yellows subject to charging type.
• Rev counter signal wire
• Warning lights, High beam, Turn L/H & R/H, Neutral.
• All normal bits headlight, flashers, horn, brake switch, tail light.
• Plastic armour cover (tough with flexibility)

Please note the loom will not work with the split phase gen’s

If you have a yellow/white wire from gen it will not work..

The wires in side are 3mm outer with 1.2mm core. Unlike the standard Chinese .5mm

Overall length of the loom is 105cm, down side of the heavy wiring is getting it all in the head lamp, but with the help of a hot air gun or hair dryer you can mould the wires into shape to fit in..

 We have switch gear and dash kits that plug straight in to the loom with no messing about.

Make sure you have free play around head stock area so that when you turn the steering it won’t pull on the loom, this can result in it pulling wires out of connections
