Finally, we bring to you our Stainless steel under seat performance exhaust for the 50cc chassis bikes.

It has a 28mm internal bore with similar bends as the stock pipe.

The silencer is all alloy with a removable baffler for noise

The fixing of the silencer is by a stainless steel bracket to the frame.  Use 3 spacers due to not all the sub frames are the same where they have welded the lugs, so you will have to offer it up and add the correct amount of spacers.

The silencer also has another strap bracket to hold on the lighting bracket this is adjustable so you can move it forwards and back for the best position.

On the stock 50cc engine we gained 1 bhp by fitting this system and it good all the way up to 180cc

Fitting tips..

Fit the front pipe to the engine.

Offer up the silencer and slip on around 6mm pitch the silencer so it aligns centre to the sub frame,  “the silencer only sits on the first 6mm of the front pipe.”

Fit rear mounting bracket and then springs.
